We purchased our Villa as a pre-construction home in January 2007

   

 

 

The foundations were laid and the shell of the home constructed in March 2007

 

 

 

The home was painted to the colour of our choice in May 2007

 

 

By July 2007, all the internal work has been completed and we are just waiting for the Garden with Palm Trees to be completed!!

 

 

07th August 2007 and the Villa is now complete and ready to go!!

 

 

Both of our Luxury "Naples" model 4 Bedroom Villa's, are within 50 metres of each other, on Marcello Boulevard, Bellavida Resort.
