We purchased our Villa as a pre-construction home in January 2007

   

 

 

The foundations were laid and the shell of the home constructed in March 2007

 

 

 

The home was painted to the colour of our choice in May 2007

 

 

By July 2007, all the internal work has been completed and we are just waiting for the Garden with Palm Trees to be completed

 

 

07th August 2007 and the Villa is complete

 

 

All 3 of our Luxury "Naples model" 4 Bedroom Villa's are all within 20 metres of each other, on Marcello Boulevard, Bellavida Resort.
