When comparing the above rental rates please ensure that you include Florida sales tax as this is a legal requirement.  Many properties and rental websites generally quote rental rates that do not include tax. 

Prices on this site include the Florida 13% sales tax.

Booking the Villa

To make a reservation, contact us to check availability and confirm the rate for the duration of your stay.

A £200 GBP / $400 USD deposit is required to confirm your booking.  The remaining balance is payable 12 weeks prior to your arrival.  We accept UK £ and US $ cheques, major credit and debit cards and Paypal payments.

A £200 GBP / $400 USD refundable security deposit is required.  This can be included with your final payment or taken by credit or debit card seven days prior to your arrival at the property.

Stays of more or less than one week

If your stay is for a non-weekly period (for example 4 or 10 days), the rate will be worked out on a pro-rata basis, please contact us for a free quote.

If your stay is for less than a week there is an additional cleaning charge of    £60 GBP or $120 USD.

Pool heat

During the winter months you may want to heat the pool at the Villa.  We have upgraded and installed a highly efficient 333,000 BTU Heat Pump gas pool heater, however unfortunately due to the size of the pool the heater still costs a lot to run.

If you require pool heat, this is available for an additional £15 per day (approximately $30 USD / $30 CAD).
