Our Villa has been designed from the build stage to be the ultimate 'best of the best' 4 Bedroom rental home in Orlando.  We have taken care to ensure that no detail has been overlooked for our Luxury Villa.

The Large Pool with raised Hot Spa / Jacuzzi and covered Lanai has been extended from the basic specification and a 6 seater Casual Glass Dining table and Weber summer grill BBQ have been added, so the fun does not finish when you get home from the Parks.

All 4 Bedrooms have a full En-suite bathroom, with quality cultured marble vanity units and upgraded fixtures.

                    Property Location 

 Both of our Luxury Villa's are perfectly situated on Marcello Boulevard, (the main street on the BellaVida Resort, close to the Clubhouse) located on Oren Brown road, which runs between the 192 and Poinciana Blvd in Kissimmee, just behind Medieval Times and the Huge 24 hour Super Walmart which is just 150 metres from the Resort entrance.

Vacation homes in Kissimmee are the closest you can get to All the attractions, just minutes from all the Major Orlando attractions and a slice of the real way of life in Downtown Kissimmee.

Disney World is just down the road, (8-10 minute drive) Sea world and International Drive, along with Universal Studios, are approximately a 15 minute drive.

 

The BellaVida Resort

The BellaVida Resort is a new, gated community of beautifully built private homes owned by individuals and designed for vacation rentals.

BellaVida, which stands for "Beautiful Life" has its own 6700 sq ft Grand Clubhouse and over 15 acres of lakes.
